Due to their business expansion, they are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill the following positions:
Telecommunication Engineer (30 positions available)
(China - Dalian)
Responsibilities:
- Single point of contact for customers, on-call/on-site, for all add/move/change/DR for their systems and infrastructure activity.
- Manage technical fault escalation from pre- and post-implementation.
- To collaborate all escalations with client’s Application Architects, Back-Bone Engineers and Technology Partners both regional and globally.
- Perform remote maintenance diagnostics on IP Telephony and/or IP Contact Center solutions.
- Supports complex end-user installations, configurations, upgrades, hardware/application debug and migrations through problem isolation, verification, resolution and documentation. May include supporting 3rd party products.Assist in periodic on site preventive maintenance, follow-up services and problem escalation.
- Provide remote and on-site pre- and post-implementation complex engineering support.
- Provide solutions to a diverse range of complex, integrated IP converged PBX and Contact Centre issues.
- At least a Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in support role for telecommunication field is required for this position.
- Possess good English communication skills both in written and oral communication (knowledge in Chinese language is not necessary).
- Must be willing to work in Dalian, China - an international IT hub.
